Congragate Nutrition Meal Sites

Congregate nutrition services promote the health and well-being of older adults through the provision of a nutritious meal and programs, usually five days a week at convenient locations within the county. Services are available to persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses regardless of age.

The locations are determined by the local service provider agency determined by the county board of commissioners. The information is here for the community's benefit.
