On behalf of the French Broad River Metropolitan Planning Organization, Land-of-Sky Regional Council is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Job Access/Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom Programs. Proposals are due on Friday, May 16, 2008 no later than 12:00 noon at the Land-of-Sky Regional Council. All projects must be in response to needs, gaps, or barriers identified in the French Broad River MPO Coordinated Public Transportation and Human Services Transportation Plan.

An optional Application Conference Call will be held on Monday, April 28, 2008 from 9 – 11 a.m. for parties interested in responding to the Request for Proposals. Call in to hear a brief presentation on the JARC/ New Freedom application process, discuss your application with staff, and get your questions answered. To participate, call 1-866-921-2204.
