Design submissions must be received by December 18, 2009.

Add:  Submission Requirements: 

Submissions should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on December 18, 2009. Submissions should be designed on no more than four (4) 20” x 30” mounted boards. Boards should be shipped to the address noted below. 

School, team member names & team professor name should NOT be listed on the boards. This information should be included in the essay. Listing of names/schools on the boards will disqualify your submission. 

Participants should keep in mind that due to the number of entries, review does not allow for the hanging end to end display of presentation boards. Participants should not use text or graphics that cross over from board to board. Board sequencing should be indicated on the back of the board (1,2,3,4)

A brief easy, 500 words maximum, in English, is a required part of the submission, describing the most important concepts of the design project. Keep in mind that the submission should graphically convey the design solutions and concepts as much as possible and should not rely on the essay to convey a basic understanding of the process.  Please tape an envelope t the back of your board to include your essay document and your CD.

A CD containing pdf files of the boards and essay should contain quality images (no less than 300 dpi) that can be transferred to a PowerPoint slide if necessary. FPT submissions will NOT be accepted.
