Robert Camille
Robert worked in various Architectural firms in New Orleans, Raleigh and Asheville and co-founded Camille-Alberice Architects in 1989. He is an 11 year member of Asheville Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Task Force; the Past Chair of Asheville River District Design Review Committee and current member of DOT and City of Asheville appointed I-26 Aesthetics Committee.
Jon Calabria
Jon designs, constructs, and interprets water quality educational programs and projects. His experience includes all phases of Low Impact Development, stream and wetland restoration, conservation master planning, greenway, park and recreation design. Jon is a registered landscape architect in NC and holds degrees in Landscape Architecture from both University of Georgia and Clemson University.
Bruce I. Nicholson
A veteran of numerous waste cleanup programs related to CERCLA and state hazardous substance regulations Bruce has managed programs on NPL Site Remediation, the NC Manufactured Gas Plant Cleanup Initiative, and the NC Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup Program. Mr. Nicholson is presently responsible for managing the state's Brownfields Program.
Erika Schneider
Erika Schneider, working as the Outreach
Coordinator for Sundance Power Systems, welcomes the opportunity to
share information on the numerous benefits and applications of solar
energy systems to diverse groups. With a Bachelor of Science degree in
Biology from Augusta State University, and a Master’s in Secondary
Education and Biology from Western Carolina University, Erika has years
of teaching experience, ranging from seven years in public high school,
to continuing education courses at Asheville-Buncombe Technical
College. In addition, Erika enjoys writing about solar energy and has
been published in the Asheville-Citizen Times, the New Life Journal, and
Builder/Architect magazine. She also serves on the New life Journal’s
Green Home Experts Board.

Hartwell Carson
Hartwell is a native of Macon, GA. He spent his undergraduate work at the University of Georgia Studying Recreation and Resource Management. While attending University of Georgia, Hartwell worked with the Outdoor Recreation Center as an environmental educator and guide.
Pattiy Torno
Pattiy has been a self-employed artist and designer for 30 years. She chairs the City of Asheville River District Design Committee and sits on the Watershed Policy Committee.

Born in Casablanca, Morocco in 1941, of French and Brazilian ancestry Jonas Gerard is now established in a 5,000 square-foot studio and gallery in Asheville, NC. His selection collections include: The Smithsonian Institution; The World Bank; Citibank International; City of Asheville Mayor's Office; Chamber of Commerce, Asheville, NC; Capital Bank, Asheville, NC; Deutsche Genossenschafts Bank. .
Charlie Bartsch
Senior Fellow/Vice-President, ICF InternationalKnown as the “Father of Brownfields”, is Vice President/Senior Fellow at ICF International. With more than 25 years in community and economic development program & policy analysis, Charlie often testifies before Congress on issues of economic development, most recently on HUD brownfield financing innovations and brownfield tax incentives. He is a nationally recognized authority on emerging public-private and state & federal Brownfield financing & process initiatives. He is chair of the National Brownfield Association’s Advisory Board, and a national board member of GroundworksUSA.
